| From North: Take Route 8 & 12 South to Burrstone Rd. East/Faxton Hospital Exit. Follow small green "ZOO" signs. Head east on Burrstone Road and cross Genesee Street. You will now be on the Memorial Parkway. At the fourth stoplight, you will see a large sign on the right for the Zoo, make a right here and continue up the hill.
From South: Head north on routes 8 & 12 South to the Burrstone Rd. East/Faxton Hospital Exit. Follow small green "ZOO" signs. Head east on Burrstone Road and cross Genesee Street. You will now be on the Memorial Parkway. At the fourth stoplight, you will see a large sign on the right for the Zoo, make a right here and continue up the hill.
From South: Take the Thruway to Exit 31. Follow the signs to Routes 8 & 12 south. Follow directions from North.
