Celebrate that Special Birthday
at the Utica Zoo!!
The Utica Zoo offers two Birthday Party packages to our members:
Basic Party - $100.00
***Free admission to the zoo for 25 guests
***Two hours reserved for you in our auditorium party room
***A special birthday visit from three of our education animals
Deluxe Party - $175.00
***Free admission to the zoo for 30 guests
***Three hours reserved for you in our auditorium party room
***All table settings (plates, napkins, tablecloths, etc.)
***A scavenger hunt around the zoo
***A special birthday visit from three of our education animals
*Birthday parties are available for zoo members only. A family membership may be purchased for $55.00/year, and includes unlimited visits, discounts on education programs and select events, and much more!
*Education animals for your presentation may be selected by the birthday child on the day of the party.
*Feel free to bring in any extra decorations or activities that you would like! We only ask that you not bring balloons, as a safety precaution for our animals.

Go giftless with the Utica Zoo!
By hosting a giftless party, your family can help the environment and the Utica Zoo, all at once! Regular birthday parties can make tons of wrapping paper waste and drain the wallets of your guests. When you go giftless, your children develop goodwill and keep those mountians of unused toys out of your space. Instead of bringing presents, your guests could donate to benefit the zoo!
Your child is the focus of the giftless birthday party. No donations are required, but always appreciated. Children that wish to go giftless and donate will be given a special certificate recognizing their effort. If you would like to teach charitable behavior while providing your child with an unforgettable party, please consider going giftless with the Utica Zoo!
