Celebrate your birthday at the wildest place in town!
Birthday Parties are available on most Saturdays and Sundays at 11:00 and 2:00.
Parties include:
* Free admission to zoo for you and your guests.
* Use of the auditorium for two hours.
* An up-close and personal animal encounter (3 to 4 animals).
* Guided tour and activity based on theme chosen from below.
Rainforest Ramble, Forest Fun, Delightful Deserts, or Cute Critters
Party fees are based on the number of guests attending. One adult is admitted free with each child, any additional adult will be charged group rate.
Small Party: (up to 10 guests) $125.00
Large Party: (11 to 20 guests) $175.00
Extra Large Party: (over 20 guests) $200.00
After Hours Party (up to 20 guests) $250.00
After Hours Party
An after hours party are offered on Thursday and Friday Nights from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. The party is be for groups with no more than 20 guests and include:
· Use of the Auditorium
· A four animal presentation
· Two themes to choose from - Nocturnal Animals or Reptiles.
· An activity based on the chosen theme.

Go giftless with the Utica Zoo!
By hosting a giftless party, your family can help the environment and the Utica Zoo, all at once! Regular birthday parties can make tons of wrapping paper waste and drain the wallets of your guests. When you go giftless, your children develop goodwill and keep those mountians of unused toys out of your space. Instead of bringing presents, your guests could donate to benefit the zoo!
Your child is the focus of the giftless birthday party. No donations are required, but always appreciated. Children that wish to go giftless and donate will be given a special certificate recognizing their effort. If you would like to teach charitable behavior while providing your child with an unforgettable party, please consider going giftless with the Utica Zoo!
