The Utica Zoo encourages groups from around Central New York to visit with us and learn about some of the animals who share our planet. Please call and make reservations.

Group Admission Rates Group = 10 paying people Kids (4-12) - $2.50 Adults (13+) - $4.25 One chaperone free for every 5 children. |

Self Guided Tours
If you choose to lead your group around the zoo yourself, after making your reservation, you will receive an informational packet with a zoo map, a sheet explaining the rules of the zoo, a fee calculation form and other information to help make your zoo visit fun and educational.
Consider renting a Nature's Connections Apron for your groups visit. The aprons are geared to primary elementary levels with appropriate materials in each. The aprons focus on animal adaptations with activities and bio-facts provided to offer tangible reinforcements for the concepts expressed.
Guided Tours
· The Basic Tour Approximately 1 hour Cost: $20.00 + admission
· The North Trek Tour Approximately 30 minutes Cost: $15.00 + admission
· Diet Kitchen Tour 15 minute presentation on diet preparation & nutrition Cost: $5.00 + admission
Animal Presentations
Animal Presentations, featuring animals from our education collection, are also available for your group. We can tailor a presentation to your needs or request our basic 'classification classroom'. This 45 minute program introduces your group to 4 animal classes found at the zoo (mammal, bird, reptile, and amphibian). Cost: $40.00
A single animal presentation is a nice addition to a day at the zoo. This 15 minute presentation introduces your group to one of the education animals up close and personal. Cost: $10.00
